Biography

Alex O’Shaugnessy is a songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist based between the UK and LA. Recently, Alex co-wrote “Water” by James Arthur and “Number One Boy” off of mxmtoon’s album 'Liminal Space'. She is the main co-writer and co-producer for Luz with releases including “the author,” “I’m lonely,” and “I shouldn’t be here.” Other key releases include Bellah Mae’s “Drama King,” Rod Wave’s “Just Sing,” Toosii’s “City Of Love,” & three songs from Zoe Wees debut album including “Love Should Be Easy.” Recent collaborations include: Grace Enger, Lexi Jayde, Winona Oak, Devon Gabriella, Tiger La Flor, Lenii, Carter Ryan, Mollie Elizabeth, and more.
